About Keith Williams

Keith spent 25 years leading operations for the United States Postal Service, where a 20% throughput increase and a 25% reduction in workplace incidents taught him that lasting change comes from small, repeatable practices — not one-time heroics.

What his resume doesn't show is that he led all of it as a feeling introvert — someone who processed deeply, avoided the spotlight, and had to learn courage the same way his clients do now: in small, daily doses.

After retiring, Keith trained as an ontological coach and is currently pursuing his ICF ACC certification. Mr. Influence Coach was born from a simple observation: the leadership industry is built for extroverts, and it leaves capable, quiet people believing they're not ready. His work gives feeling introverts a daily practice for turning fear into evidence, and evidence into leadership.

The mission

Help leaders and builders lead with influence, live with purpose, and leave a legacy — across health, relationships, work & wealth, and purpose & spirituality.

The method

Coaching that starts with how you think, feel, and hold yourself in your body — then builds outward into the Four Pillars in Balance™ framework and the Influence Circle 64™ cohort experience: private coaching, Friday group sessions, accountability, worksheets, and a 90-day success plan.

The difference

Coaching built for the feeling introvert who wants to lead without becoming someone louder. Direct feedback, real accountability, and a framework that fits a real calendar — grounded in 25 years of operational leadership, not just theory.
